| AGR's
advanced Surgical Skills Training Center is a 4000 sq. ft.
facility, providing a clean, modern operating room
environment, equipped with state-of-the-art cameras and
instrumentation. The lab accommodates up to ten
modular workstations and utilizes high-end surgical camera
technology to document procedures and training, and
broadcast to the adjacent 650 sq. ft. classroom, or
worldwide via videoconference. AGR has on-site instrumentation washing and sterilization, and will handle tissue preparation and disposal. The AGR training center is ideally located just minutes from Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), and reasonably close to both Reagan National and Dulles Airports. There are many luxurious and affordable hotels in close proximity and accommodation and transportation can easily be arranged for your training event. Local attractions include Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Maryland Science Center, The National Aquarium, The Chesapeake Bay, and Washington D.C.'s Smithsonian attractions.
